[SNMP4J] It would be nice if SNMPv2MIB had a setSnmpEnableAuthenTraps() method.

Hmm, the subject pretty much says it all. That class has methods to allow you to change other private MOScalar attributes. 

I'm use SNMPv2c, so I don't really wish to send out those traps.
