[SNMP4J] AgentPro code generation for SNMP4J/AgentX

Hi Wim,

Yes, the AgenPro generated code for SNMP4J-Agent
can be used with SNMP4J-AgentX too. In contrast,
to AGENT++/AgentX++ you do not have to modify the
code generation settings when switching from
SNMP4-Agent only to SNMP4J-Agent + SNMP4J-AgentX.
