[SNMP4J] How to enable logging?

Hi Alex,
SNMP4J (and all SNMP4J-* APIs on top of it) use a logging adapter
to abstract from a concrete logging implementation.
To adapt to Log4J you need to place the following code
somewhere in your main():
// initialize Log4J logging
static {
LogFactory.setLogFactory(new Log4jLogFactory());
}
