Yes, SNMP4JAgentX supports TCP. As it fully supports AgentX,
it will work with any AgentX agent that correctly implements
AgentX.
Unfortunately, the NET-SNMP master agent does not implement
AgentX correctly.
I recommend to use the NET-SNMP agent as sub-agent only.
