[SNMP4J] Need to verify the community of the response matches the community of the request

I have been asked to verify that the response contains the same
community that was used in the request. If the community doesn't match
then is it considered a valid response? If it is considered a valid
response, is there a way to get the community of the response such
that I can check it against the request? I see from about 5 years ago
that the community wasn't available for the response. Is this still
true?
