[SNMP4J] AGENT++ Store Relaunched / New Releases AgenPro, AGENT++, AgentX++

Hi,

The relaunch of the AGENT++ online store is been finished sucessfully.
The new platform is much faster than the previous one and provides
better shopping cart support.

AgenPro 3.1.4 has been released with template support for AGENT++
4.x and AgentX++ 2.x. The latter two have been updated too, in order
to improve the autoconf support and fix issues with the AgenPro
template stubs.

NEWS: The development of a SNMP4J client API  started two months ago.
The goal is the create AgenPro templates for that API once it reaches
beta stadium.
If you have any special requirements or suggestions on such an API,
please let me know.
