[SNMP4J] Problem getting the sample SnmpRequest code to work

I'm new to SNMP and perhaps I am doing something wrong.  I have tried to test the code against a printer, switch, and Windows PC (with SNMP enabled).  In all cases I get the same issue.  Here are the parameters I am sending:

-v 2c -p GETBULK -Ow -t 2000 <FullIPAddress such as 192.168.0.10>

I have also tried several combinations of the above.  In all cases I get the same (or similar) error:

The following error occurred during walk:

Request timed out.

Total requests sent:    0

Total objects received: 0

Total walk time:        147068 milliseconds


I can ping the address and other software products can see the devices, however, I can't get the sample code to work.  Any suggestions?
