[SNMP4J] udp packet overrides for TTL (time to live)

Oh I forgot to mention, I did a case-insensitive search through snmp4j.1.11.3 source for certain terms - "timetolive", "setTimeToLive", "ttl"  - to answer this question myself, but I didn't find any hits. So I figured I'd confirm with a post to the mailing list.
