[SNMP4J] SNMPv3 encryption related questions

Hi Kevin,

Yes, of course SNMP4J supports the privacy protocols as defined in the 
SNMPv3 RFCs.
For details, see the source code of PrivDES and PrivAES (PrivAES128) 
classes respectively.

The encryption algorithms themselves are used from the Javs SE.
