[SNMP4J] Load A Mib file using SNMP4j

Hi,

What do you mean with "load"? I suppose you do not mean simply
reading a file?

AgenPro (https://agentpp.com) can generate code for one or more
MIB specification files.
This code can then be easily instrumented. See the SNMP4J-Agent
instrumentation guide PDF:
http://www.snmp4j.org/SNMP4J-Agent-1.4-InstrumentationGuide.pdf

If you just want to transalte OIDs to object names for logging or if you
need syntax information for generic instrumentation/managed object
creation, then SNMP4J-SMI can be used too.
