How about RFC-2790?  Go look at it at www.mibdebot.com in the 
http://www.mibdepot.com/cgi-bin/vendor_index.cgi?r=ietf_rfcs list.

There isn't an OID with the processor count but there is a table with a row 
per processor.  Count the rows.
