[SNMP4J] to add a trap user recipient

Please, I 'd like to know what to do after an SNMP4j agent is started to add a new V3 or V2c trap recipient.Is it enough to add a new row in the SnmpTargetMib with new user information? I mean something similar to what I see in the TestAgent in the method addNotificationTargets()?Thanks,Nino
