[SNMP4J] No such instance on Sets

sorry accidentally sent empty email.
 
how does the snmp4j return no such instance for snmpSets?
I am looking in the SetHandler in CommandResponder and I don't see the variable bindings set to No such instance.
I see it in the GetHandler when it checkes the scope in MOScope to return no such instance.
