Why can't I add a row to the table?

maybe you're using a wrong index? One of the tables is indexed through
an octet string. I just tested it and after a successful set to
1.3.6.1.4.1.4976.6.1.2.1.1.1.4.4.66.73.76.76 and
1.3.6.1.4.1.4976.6.1.2.2.2.1.5.1 I had the following entries:

enterprises.4976.6.1.2.1.1.1.2.4.66.73.76.76 = ""
enterprises.4976.6.1.2.1.1.1.3.4.66.73.76.76 = 3
enterprises.4976.6.1.2.1.1.1.4.4.66.73.76.76 = 3
enterprises.4976.6.1.2.2.1.0 = 2
enterprises.4976.6.1.2.2.2.1.2.1 = ""
enterprises.4976.6.1.2.2.2.1.3.1 = 1
enterprises.4976.6.1.2.2.2.1.4.1 = Timeticks: (0) 0:00:00.00
enterprises.4976.6.1.2.2.2.1.5.1 = 3
