regarding snmp++ v3

Hi Frank, Jochen:

I'm having problem compiling SNMP++ v2.8a and v3.0 (I searched the
archive for the same problem but I couldn't find anything).
In the directory snmp++/agent/src/, the compiler always returns an error
"agent.cpp:48: snmp_mpd_mib.h: No such file or directory",
and I cannot find this file (snmp_mpd_mib.h) anywhere.  I'm using g++ on
Solaris 2.5/2.6.

And the HP link for snmp++ is not working.

your help is greatly appreciated.
