STILL memory leaks!

Hi David,
as Jochen Katz reported, one of the mentioned leaks is caused by
an array allocated in snmp_counters.cpp. The other leaks are not
AGENT++ or SNMP++ related.
Since that array is only allocated once, it is not a big problem. Anyhow,
I will fix it.
