The COMMAND-EXECUTION-MIB (can be found in
agent++/examples/cmd_exe) contains tables. You may also find complex
table implementations in snmp_notification_mib.cpp and snmp_target:_mib.cpp
(the corresponding MIBs are SNMP-TARGET-MIB and
SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB).
