SMIv2 indexes not accessible

Hello!


How are column objects with a status of not-accessible represented through 
Agent++. Specifically index columns. Do I simply not create a MibLeaf 
column object for the index columns as this seems to make the most sense?

One other question that maybe someone on this list can answer. What SMI 
version is used by SNMPv3 specifically in regards to index columns and 
their access level?
