SNMP++v3.0 Updated

SNMP++v3.0 has been updated to v3.0i.
The update includes the following changes:

- Fixed: OIDs for snmpAuthProtocols and snmpPrivProtocols

- Fixed: Sending of v1 traps did not set IP address of
  the sending host correctly when the gethostname failed
  for that host.
