Rename (or link) the snmpd process to agentxd. Then the UCD agent
will run as subagent. The UCD 4.1.2 AgentX support has the
following problems:

* The Opaque type handling by the UCD subagent.
* The UCD subagent does not handle search ranges correctly.
* The UCD master does not handle index allocation and
  row registration correctly (thus, shared tables should not
  be used with the UCD master).

The first two points will affect you. To get around the first one,
you must not compile the UCD private MIB into the agent.
For the second one, it is more difficult to find a work around.
