AgentX support

Folks, I built ucd 4.1.2 on Solaris 2.6 using the following command:

./configure --prefix=/myhome/snmp --with-openssl=/myhome/snmp
--with-mib-modules="host target ucd-snmp/diskio agentx"

Now, I'm trying to find how to run snmpd as an agentx sub-agent and connects
to my agent++ master agent??

First: How do I do that?
Also, an pointers/hints should I know?
