Problems with compiling Agent++ under SUSE Linux 6.3

Hi Günther,

It seems that you did not use SNMP++v3.0.1. If you use any other
SNMP++ version below 3.0, you will need to #undef _SNMPv3 in
the include/agent++.h file.
