where to get "module_includes.h" & "module_init.h" files

Hello,
I'me currently evaluating the Agent++ Generator. I have the problem to
compile the sample code Agent.cpp under source code directory:
..\agent++\agentgen\src. There are two the #include statement in
..\agent++\agentgen\src\Agent.cpp - #include  "module_includes.h", and 
#include "module_init.h". But there no such files exist. Where I can get
these two files?
