Setting up Notifications

Hi all,
I was hoping domeone could help me with this; I have implemented
an SNMP++ agent for a particular mib, and wish to set it up to send
notifications. I am not sure who to do this: the mib is set up as follows: 

cefcMIBEnableStatusNotification SCALAR 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.1.3.1.0 
cefcMIBNotifications OBJ ID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.2.0 
traps GROUP: 
 cefcModuleStatusChange TRAP 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.2.0.1 
 cefcPowerStatusChange TRAP 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.2.0.2 
 cefcFRUInserted TRAP 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.2.0.3 
 cefcFRURemoved TRAP 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.2.0.4 

If the value of cefcMIBEnableStatusNotification is positive then traps
should be sent if a change occurs to any of the group. I don't not know how
to implement this, and cannot find an example to follow. If anyone could
provide me with help, or a step by step example, I would be very grateful.
