proxy forwarder for sub tree

Hi Eitan,

The SNMPv3 standards Proxy Forwarder does not support
message forwarding on subtrees. That's why I removed the MibProxy
class when ProxyForwarder is used. If you really want to proxy on
subtrees then you will have to use a non-standard approach and
use the MibProxy or MibProxyV3 respectively.
