examples needed for MIBS with only scalar variables

Hello,
I downloaded the agent++ and snmp++ from your website.
I could not get any example specifically for the MIB with only scalar variables.
Also the examples for the MIB with tables support large MIBS. Can't they be
small so that a new learner can easily grasp the concepts.
I have already worked on the the Emanate agent toolkit provided by SNMP
Research.
I would like to evaluate agent++ for my next project.
