Simulation Agent; Can I create rows for tables in the "configure" mode?

Hi,

with a simulation agent I can set the state from "operational" to "configure" and set values of MIB objects, even if they are specified as read-only.

Can I also create rows that way, especially rows of static tables or do I have to create the rows first by implementation in the agent's software and then set the values of the MIB objects of the row?
