Mib-Table

Hi,
I have created my own mib which has  a few tables.All
the data for these tables will come from a sql database.
I only need to support the get_request method(i.e set operation
is not allowed).Now rows will be added and deleted in the databse
from time to time.My question is when should I add and delete rows in
the mib-table?How should I implement this? I am really confused.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
