Need help on SNMP++v3.1 API

I wanted to use the SNMP C++ API  for my development work on win NT 
system.  I downloaded SNMP++v3.1 from agentpp.com and found that it has 
missing header file. The header file was missing for me is des.h. I 
can't proceed without this header file  and can't check how many files 
of such type might be missing. I would appreciate your help if you can 
please provide me the pointer to the complete suite of SNMP?.
