authentication failure trap mechnism!

Hi Guys,
        could anybody temme the following thing?
          in Agent++ which supports only v1/V2c and which doesn't implement
SNMP-TARGET-MIB and SNMP-NOTIFICATION MIB, on what basis it decides that
Authetification failure traps should be sent if wrong community SNMP message
is received?
