Hello,

In file usm_v3.cpp, the method "add_usm_user" of class USM, must have their declarations match what is in usm_v3.h.

We need to have "const" added to "long int auth_protocol" and "long int  priv_protocol".   

I was not able to link snmp++, agent++ and my application on Solaris until I made the suggested change.
