Agent Gen 2.0 problems

Frank,

I looked at the templates for code generation:

It seems that the check for "lightTables" and  "withModuleName"
is $agenUtils.isDefined() , so any value will enable these features,
yes / no option doesn't matter . (Won't a check for yes/no be better 
here ??)
Somehow, I always find these properties turned on when code generation
happens . In any case I changed the template code to disable these
options for the moment.

Regarding trap code generation, version 2.0b is generating trap code,
but the generated code is not correct for an agentx subagent , how
should we fix that ?
