Agent++ examples

Hi,

I am new to agent development API, so this basic
question. I have compilied the example of atm agent
provided with the library. when i give ./snmpWalk
command with v3 option the agent returns all the OID
with values.

My query is where is the mib for ATM and how does it
get loaded for agent?
Also can anyone suggest any book for agent
development?
