Hi,

In the INSTALL file of agent++ to install libdes,
snmp++ and agent++ these are the steps.... 

*******************************************************
gtar xzvf libdes-l-4.01.tar.gz
gtar xzvf snmp++v3.2.tar.gz
gtar xzvf agent++v3.5.4.tar.gz

cd libdes
make cc
cd ..

cd snmp++/src
make -f Makefile.<platform>
cd ../..

cd agent++/src
make -f Makefile.<platform>
cd ../..
*******************************************************

But I  am getting error in this step 
cd snmp++/src
make -f Makefile.linux.

The error is:
g++ -D_XPG4_EXTENDED -D__unix -Wall  -I../include -I./
-I../../libdes -I../../crypt -g -o auth_priv.o -c
auth_priv.cpp
In file included from ../include/address.h:84,
                 from auth_priv.cpp:63:
/usr/include/unistd.h:946: declaration of C function
`char* crypt(const char*,
   const char*)' conflicts with
./../libdes/des.h:192: previous declaration `char*
crypt()' here
make: *** [auth_priv.o] Error 1


Is anyone getting the same error while installing the
files. Please let me know.
