[AGENT++] _NO_LOGGING is not enough

Hi to everyone,
I'm trying to avoid logging system
or reducce it to SNMP request and trap.
I defined _NO_LOGGING in agent++/agent_pp/agent++.h
but it doesn't work, continuing to trace every operation
on console.

Does anyone get an idea?
