[AGENT++] Stack size goes up and up

First of all, thanks for the background information. It helps
to identify the problem cause. Have you observed the same
heap memory increase with the ATM example agent?
If not, you may try to remove some of your MIB instrumentation
from the agent (by not adding them to Mib) and then run your
test again, to identify the objects that leak memory.
Another option would be to use a memory checker.
