[AGENT++] building an MibTable in Agent++ ..

Hi Ronaldo,

Could you please describe your problem more specific? Where
are you stuck exactly? Have you looked at the various table
implementations of AGENT++ (e.g. snmp_target_mib.cpp)
and the examples in the examples directory?
