[AGENT++] Problem with constant pooling from the WINS!

Since the beginning of the use of the Agent++ SNMP agent, I have to deal with these outputs. Basically, every few seconds (changing between 2 and 15), my agent has a communication with our WINS server (IP address is 10.4.0.27).

I am still in the development phase and this is something that kind of makes it harder to debug the whole thing, since it is scrolling all the time. Could someone help here and explain why this is happening and more importantly how to stop it.

Thanks

ps. here is the part of the output that I am constantly receiving with the same packets...
