[AGENT++] error building libdes

This dropdown box is somewhere in the heavily overloaded properties 
dialog of the project. Just look for it in each tab of the dialog.

You just have to unpack it into the same directory where you unpacked 
snmp++ and libdes. Within the libdes subdirectory you will then have the 
  dsp and dsw files.
