[AGENT++] What software/license I need for Linux SNMP Agent?

Here is the scoop. First, I need to build a V3 SNMP agent for Linux. We also keep all of the code portable for the WIN32 as well, but it is basically debugging only and there are no reasons to use it right now or in the future.
