[AGENT++] Changing community for generated traps

I was wondering if my attachment made through?
Email that I received from the mailing list didn't have it, so if that is the case I could send it to anyone who is interested directly. Just let me know.

On the other hand, is there another way to share the files here?

Just to update the interested parties, we ended up writing a function to update the row in the target address table to the community value that we wanted. This was a quick solution, but it allows us to update it at run time.

Richard

Hi there,

I included a ZIP-ed version of the files:
- parser.cpp
- parser.h
- parser_values.h
- snmp.conf

Config file is initialized similarly to what is in a typical main.cpp that you can find in the examples. In addition to the user configuration, there is a notification init and part that deals with system group objects.

Hope this will be helpful!

as nobody else asked on the list: please send it to me or post a URL to
the list, so we can have a look at it.
