[AGENT++] Agent++ Exam run error

Hello ervery one, 
  I hava a problem. I hava finished compile agent++ example -- snmp_proxy, but when it run , it is always show me the error information:
"20040916.21:39:46: 740: (0)ERROR  : main: SNMP port init failed: (-20)"
May some one can help me.
