[AGENT++] Updates: AgentX++v1.4.11 and AGENT++v3.5.22a Released

New versions of AgentX++  and AGENT++  have been released.

Whereas the AGENT++v3.5.22a only contains a small bug fix
(thanks to Marcus Fehde for reporting it), AgentX++v1.4.11
adds some new functionality for reregistering rows of a shared table
from a subagent when the master agent is restarted.

RELEASE NOTES

AgentX++ v1.4.11 changes since v1.4.10b

* Fixed: Shared table did not reregister
  its rows when master agent is restarted.
  The new method reinit() for (shared) tables
  has been added for this purpose.
* Fixed: Due to a change in the Pdu class of
  SNMP++v3.2.15 subagent registration did not
  work any more if no session ID had been
  specified by overwriting the SubAgentX::
  create_session(..) method.
* Fixed: agentXSessionObjectID did return
  a null value instead of 0.0 by default.
* Fixed: Master agent could crash on a
  try to add agent caps by a subagent that
  failed to open a session.
* Added: Example code in ATM example which shows
  how to add community-to-security-name mapping
  for the "public" community.
* Improved: Added further clarifications to the
  license agreement.

AGENT++v3.5.22a changes since v3.5.22

* Fixed: Error status for SET and GET requests
  which are "notInView" a noAccess error is
  now returned instead authorizationError.
* Added: Example code in ATM example which shows
  how to add community-to-security-name mapping
  for the "public" community.
