I was looking all over for it in agent++ code.

Hi Mike,
Please note that the MibProxy implementation has been deprecated and
replaced by the ProxyForwarder.
The blocking problem seems to be a bug (wherever) that prevents the
MibProxy object to be properly unlocked by the thread using it.
Please check the error/timeout handling code if it calls "unlock" the same
way it is called when no error/timeout occured.
