[AGENT++] Agent design and initia setup

Hi,

I would like to find out how to design and deploy master/subagent in 
win2000 environment using
MS Visual studio. What document best gets me going to start writing 
the agent using agentX+ and
setup MIBs etc. Do I need any other tools apart from agentX+ and 
agent++, snmp++.

P.S. I have already compiled all the code (snmp+, agent++,agentX etc)
