[AGENT++] Merging the latest code with my old one...

Hi there,

I am in the middle of merging the latest version of the Agent++ and SNMP++ libraries over my older ones and I have a question regarding the some changes in SNMP++. For some reason all of the header files from the snmp++\include folder are moved into the snmp++\include\snmp_pp folder instead. Could anyone give the reason why an extra folder requirement in here?
