Yes, no problem.

We are using for a special SNMP port above 1024 to prevent that developers
need to have root permission.
The same thing applies to the AgentX port that is opened by a SNMP
master-agent.
You just have to avoid that AgentX++ uses UNIX pipes or you must configure
it to use a different UNIX pipe
for each SNMP master-agent.
