[AGENT++] SNMP Target clarification

Generating notifications and using snmpTargetAddrTable, security model and level for a target are designated through
snmpTargetAddrParams, but not the passwords.  When security level is authNoPriv or authPriv do the passwords come from usmUserTable?

And to what degree are these objects supported in AgentPP v3.5?
