Is the functionality described in RFC 3413 a part of agent++ or is it expected to build a wrapper around agent++ that would implement that? I'm currently writing agent and manager that will use some standard SNMP functionality Like get, set and trap. So do I have to literally follow RFC 3413 or is it more like a guidelines?
