[AGENT++] Configuring SNMPv3 agent

Hi,

I have compiled all agent lib and dll files with _SNMPv3.

I have modified the windows registry  similar to as stated in the
readme.txtfile .

But the agent is still accessible with snmpv1.

I tried to debug  agentX++ win32 master application , It seems like mpModel
vaariable in agent++ is still v1.

Please let me know , how to make sure that agent is running on v3.
